Skywave House is designed by Cosica Day and the main feature of this house is its modeled roof, which reminds us about breaking wave. It seems that it floats over the 1st floor garden space and surrounded by glass. The color theme of this house is black and white and the house is designed with different green features like wall for gaining solar energy, motorized with wind and rain sensors, white standing roof that is joined, for catching ocean breeze and large east facing skylight over the 29 ft entry to vent rising hot hair, they use west faing windows and remove skylights. Ground floor and raised ground floor of this house are solar water radiant heated. This house also seems to be inspired from Chinese philosophy of Yin and Yang.
