This dream house is designed by Najjar & Najjar, which is located on the slope of the Poestling Berg. Postling berg is a district of Linz in the northernmost part of the city and one of the most important sights and is situated on a hill with a height of 539 meters. Najjar & Najjar have designed this Villa in a beautiful place with a great view. The city’s scenery that it features is truly wonderful. The scenery can be seen from almost all rooms. There is a small beautiful pond on the terrace and from there you can have a stunning view of the city down below before entering into the building’s central hall. The large scale finishing and the sliding features blur the indoor area and outdoor space. The bedrooms are situated on the upper floor. In the basement there is the ground that gives fitness facilities, office and a playroom for children. The garage is plowed under the access road on the northern side of the house.
