room design inspired by large pirate ship high on the ceiling by Steve Kuhl Exclusive Bedroom Design by Steve Kuhl Featuring a Pirate Ship

This kid bedroom was designed by Steve Kuhl. This pirate kid’s room theme is cunningly designed. On the superior floor you will find a hole in the wall that will take you sliding down through a slide leading you to comfortable pillow located in the actual bedroom. The journey doesn’t end just there. Once you get up, you will also love the wonderful, fairy tale structure and that’s a large pirate ship on ceiling. A wooden rope bridge gives another adventure is out there feeling where it is used to access the ship, it’s where the crow’s nest reigns, alongside a second bed, for guests. Designer used 2×12 ribs to construct the hull of the ship, covering them with layers of 1/2 inch plywood to act as the planking. Their genius faux finisher developed a bomb-proof blend of plaster and epoxy with combined coloring to simulate an old ship’s hull.
